Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026. AdFlow Manager is operated by BIKE DIGITAL LTDA.
Nature of the platform
AdFlow Manager is an operating system for performance marketing. It is in pre-launch and evolves continuously.
Eligibility and authorized use
Access is granted to authorized operators. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
Connected accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok)
You may connect your ad accounts via OAuth. You represent that you are authorized to connect them and are responsible for use within your organization.
User responsibility
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, for the decisions made on the Platform and for the compliance of your operation.
Third-party platforms
Meta, Google and TikTok are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their changes, downtime or decisions.
Automation and governance
In this phase the Platform operates read-only: no external action (create, pause, budget, spend) is applied without an explicit human decision. Write locks remain closed.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". In pre-launch there is no commercial SLA nor guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
Data
Data processing follows the Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that policy.
Intellectual property
The Platform, the AdFlow Manager brand and its software are protected. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or media results. Results depend on execution, market and budget.
Suspension and revocation
We may suspend or revoke access in case of misuse, security risk or breach of these Terms.
Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be signaled and continued use implies agreement.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Contact: contato@adflowmanager.tech.
